Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa by courier or to a pickup point. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Most main centres receive orders in 2–4 working days.
Returns
For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened bottles with the seal intact, within 7 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Protection Act cooling-off period for direct marketing. Faulty or damaged products are replaced or refunded — email us a photo and your batch number.
